Cancellation, Reschedule, Late Arrivals Policy 

We are committed to provide you the best service, in order to ensure your arrival we will require a payment up front or we will ask for your voucher number.

By booking your appointment you agree with our policies as well as our appropriate behavior policy;  including: Right to terminate service due to improper behavior or possible threat to the therapist's safety.

Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, two email reminder and a text message. Please contact us immediately if you are missing your emails.  You can reschedule your appointment by following the link on the confirmation e-mail or on your reminder email. An e-mail reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment, please be aware that you have plenty time make changes if need it.   

  • Promotions have only 1 allowed rescheduling event.
  • Groupon and Last minute appointments cannot be rescheduled.
  • Groupon clients: Once your voucher is redeemed this action cannot be undo and we do not offer any type of REFUNDS, so please plan your visit accordingly.

24 Hours cancellation policy 
Wellness and Skin Care Clinic has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. 

If you miss your appointment, you are more than 15 min late, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the original* price of the service to reschedule your appointment; in case you have a voucher from a company different from wellness and skin care clinic we will completely redeem your voucher or you will be charged 50% of the original price* of the appointment to reschedule your voucher.

If you need to cancel your appointment or make changes to your appointment,  you need to do so before 24 hours of your appointment by using the link on your confirmation or reminder email and send us an email. In order to receive a full credit towards another service, you need to request it 24 hours before your appointment; you will receive the credit in form of a code towards any other service.  NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

For Groupon,  Living Social or any other voucher outside Wellness and Skin Care Clinic website, once you have booked and redeemed your voucher it cannot be undo. We do not refund Vouchers neither after or before booking. If you need a refund for an non-redeemed voucher, you need to contact the company who sold you such voucher.  

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please use the link on your confirmation or reminder email; you can also send us an email with enough time so any of our therapist can contact you and help you rescheduling.

Groupon appointments:
August 2018, due to an increased number of clients rescheduling Groupon and Living Social appointments month after month, we are not allowing rescheduling events; this measure is out of respect to other Groupon and Living Social customers who are not allowed to book their appointments on those slots. If you cannot meet the appointment time and you send an email or text letting us know before 24 hours of your appointment, we can create another appointment at a discount price.

In case of inclement weather, we will follow Greenville school district decisions. For example, If Schools are on 1 hour delay, and you have a 8:30 am appointment, we will have our 9:00 am and after appointments and your appointment will be rescheduled or If schools are closed we will be closed and we will be rescheduling all appointments to the earliest time available. Once you receive your confirmation for such rescheduling, you can follow the link on your email to select a suitable time, in case the one assigned is not convenient.

If you have a voucher and you are trying to schedule an appointment before the expiration date is due, please remember:

- Booking period expires with your voucher's expiration day, but your service day can be programmed after the expiration day. This includes appointment packages. In the event you have a partially redeemed package and your booking period is expired, you need to request a new voucher code to be used towards a new full price appointment. We will deduct the price of the appointments you have booked and we will issue with the balance in the form of a certificate to be used only for full price appointments. - Your voucher will be used as a form of payment to book your appointment and will show as redeemed in your records.

- Groupon Packages: Please keep in mind that the packages need to be redeemed in full before the expiration date; you will be able book your last appointment a month after the expiration date on your voucher if  you book exactly on the day your voucher expires.We cannot guarantee that dates after a month of the expiration date will be available as Groupon's calendars only releases appointments so often in advance, this is in the event that you book your appointment exactly on the expiration date.  Also, every appointment needs to fulfill WSCC policies and needs to be booked online.

Last Minute Deals:

If you need to cancel your appointment, you need to do so before 24 hours of your appointment by using the link on your confirmation or reminder emails. In order to receive a full credit, you need to request it 24 hours before your appointment. You will receive a credit towards any other service in a form of a coupon. NO CASH OR CREDIT CARDS REFUNDS.
If you need to reschedule your appointment you need to send us an email or text message 24 hours before your appointment and a $25 fee will be charged.

This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen code number. Anyone with the code can use it as long the code still valid
