🧡Acne_ Active Breakouts

	🧪Key Ingredients:

⭐BZo2: Usually used to treat mild to moderate acne. When used to treat acne and rosacea, it works by reducing the amount of acne-causing bacteria. Allergic reaction is uncommon
⭐Ceramide Complex: This complex is a combination 3 types of ceramides: Ceramide NP, ceramide AP, ceramide EOP, and phytosphingosine.
Ceramides and glycolipids are naturally occurring skin lipids, a layer of natural protective fats that are abundant in a newborn baby’s skin, but are diminished by sun exposure and time, and by extensive exfoliation. For the best anti-aging and hydration, I recommend incorporating a product with these into your daily regimen.
Lipids can keep your skin hydrated, and looking younger. However, they are not absorbed into the dermis; instead, they sit on the top layer of the stratum corneum and protect it. from water loss and the appearance of dry wrinkles on the skin. Many factors are responsible for depleting natural skin lipids. All methods of exfoliation, where we are accelerating the loss of the dead cell layer, resulting in less skin lipids. A drier climate, or even just the dryness caused by a dehumidifier or air-conditioning, will also lessen skin’s natural lipid compliment. As we age, skin lipids lessen. I recommend replacing them once you have reached your early twenties.
Ceramides make up about 50% of the lipids stuff in our skin cells and play a super important role in having a healthy skin barrier and keeping the skin hydrated.
sphingoid base that can be found naturally in the upper layer of the skin. It's found both in "free-form" and as part of famous skin lipids, ceramides.
There is emerging research about Phytosphingosine that shows that it has antimicrobial and cell-communicating properties and is considered part of the skin's natural defense system.
A 2007 study showed that Phytosphingosine even works against evil acne-causing bacteria, Propionibacterium acnes and shows promise as a complementing active ingredient in treating acne-prone skin thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities. - Helps to improve the appearance of aged skin by deep moisturizing effects and supply of ceramides (skin-identical lipids).Ceramide - Complex is especially suitable for dry skin, aging skin and sensitive skin.
- Promotes enhanced delivery and exchange of skin lipids
- Restores the protective barrier function of the skin
⭐Beta-Glucan: It‘s shown to have intensive skin repairing & wound healing properties, it’s a mild antioxidant, a great skin soother, and moisturizer, and it even shows promising anti-aging benefits. The manufacturer of the ingredient did a published study with 27 people and examined the effect of 0.1% beta-glucan. They found that despite the large molecular size the smaller factions of beta-glucan penetrate into the skin, even into the dermis (the middle layer of the skin where wrinkles form). After 8 weeks there was a significant reduction of wrinkle depth and height and skin roughness has also improved greatly. Beta-glucan is a great ingredient, especially for sensitive or damaged skin. It soothes, moisturizes, and has some anti-aging properties. Beta-glucan also offers antioxidant properties and has been shown to help visibly minimize signs of aging/sun damage (including reducing the look of wrinkle depth and rough, uneven tone). Certain sources of beta-glucan also offer film-forming moisturizing properties.
In early research, it was hypothesized that beta-glucan’s high molecular weight would inhibit it from penetrating skin, thereby limiting its benefits to just the surface, but in more recent studies, beta-glucan has been proven to permeate skin by passing between cells.
In 2012, the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Expert Panel deemed beta-glucan as safe in cosmetic formulations in the present practices of use at a 1% max concentration.

Prescription medicine used to treat acne vulgaris (pimples). The active ingredient in Clindamycin cream is Clindamycin Phosphate. Clindamycin Phosphate belongs to the class of drugs called lincomycin antibiotics. It acts as an antibiotic that works by stopping bacteria's growth by inhibiting Propionibacterium acnes in vivo. It also helps to decrease the swelling that often occurs during acne breakouts.
Side Effects and Precautions
The common side effects of Clindamycin Cream are burning sensation, oily skin, erythema, peeling or dryness, newly formed pimples or blemished skin, and itching skin.

Stop using Clindamycin Cream and contact your doctor right away if you have any of the serious side effects such as:
• Abdominal cramps;
• Bloody stool;
• Colitis;
• Diarrhea;
• Eye pain;
• Severe headache;
• Worsening of the pimples

Topical clindamycin will not cure your acne. However, to help keep your acne under control, keep using this medicine for the full time of treatment, even if your symptoms begin to clear up after a few days. You may have to continue using this medicine every day for months or even longer in some cases. If you stop using this medicine too soon, your symptoms may return. It is important that you do not miss any doses.

Storage
Store the medicine in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Keep from freezing.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Do not keep outdated medicine or medicine no longer needed

	💆How to Use:
Acne C lotion and Nicotinamide Gel 15 g/ aprx .5 oz Use: For patients using the topical foam form of clindamycin:

After washing or shaving, it is best to wait 30 minutes before applying this medicine. The alcohol in it may irritate freshly washed or shaved skin.
This medicine contains alcohol and is flammable. Do not use near heat, near open flame, or while smoking.
To apply this medicine:
Do not dispense clindamycin topical foam directly onto your hands because the foam will begin to melt on contact with warm skin.
Remove the clear cap. Align the black mark with the nozzle of the actuator.
Hold the can upright and press firmly to dispense. Dispense amount that will cover the affected area(s) directly into the cap or onto a cool surface.
The can may be placed under cold running water if the can seems warm or the foam seems runny.
A small amount of topical foam should be picked up with your fingertips and massaged gently into the affected areas until the foam disappears.
Unused medicine that was removed from the can should be throw away.
Since this medicine contains alcohol, it will sting or burn. In addition, it has an unpleasant taste if it gets on the mouth or lips. Therefore, do not get this medicine in the eyes, nose, or mouth, or on other mucous membranes. Spread the medicine away from these areas when applying. If this medicine does get in the eyes, wash them out immediately, but carefully, with large amounts of cool tap water. If your eyes still burn or are painful, check with your doctor.
It is important that you do not use this medicine more often than your doctor ordered. It may cause your skin to become too dry or irritated.

Shake well before applying.
Dosing
The dose of this medicine will be different for different patients. Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label. The following information includes only the average doses of this medicine. If your dose is different, do not change it unless your doctor tells you to do so.

The amount of medicine that you take depends on the strength of the medicine. Also, the number of doses you take each day, the time allowed between doses, and the length of time you take the medicine depend on the medical problem for which you are using the medicine.

For topical dosage form (foam):
For acne:
Adults and children 12 years of age and over—Apply once a day to areas affected by acne.
Infants and children up to 12 years of age—Use and dose must be determined by your doctor.
For topical dosage forms (gel, solution, and suspension):
For acne:
Adults and children 12 years of age and over—Apply two times a day to areas affected by acne.
Infants and children up to 12 years of age—Use and dose must be determined by your doctor.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of this medicine, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

This medicine contains alcohol and is flammable. Do not use near heat, near open flame, or while smoking.
To apply this medicine:
This medicine comes in a bottle with an applicator tip, which may be used to apply the medicine directly to the skin. Use the applicator with a dabbing motion instead of a rolling motion (not like a roll-on deodorant, for example). Tilt the bottle and press the tip firmly against your skin. If needed, you can make the medicine flow faster from the applicator tip by slightly increasing the pressure against the skin. If the medicine flows too fast, use less pressure. If the applicator tip becomes dry, turn the bottle upside down and press the tip several times to moisten it.
⚠Warnings:
Warnings and Interactions:
Tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to clindamycin (Cleocin, Clinda-Derm), benzoyl peroxide, lincomycin, or other medications. Clindamycin is available as a topical cream and is an easy medication to apply to your skin. If you're prescribed Clindamycin cream, follow the instructions provided with your prescription and use it in areas of your skin affected by acne. Before applying this cream, thoroughly wash the affected areas with water and soap, rinse well, and ensure it is dry. When using Clindasol cream, you should apply the medicine to the area usually affected by acne, not just the pimples themselves. This will help keep new pimples from breaking out. Topical clindamycin will not cure your acne. However, it will help keep your acne under control. You should keep using this medicine for the entire treatment period, even if your acne has disappeared. You may have to continue using it for as long as your doctor prescribes it. You are expected to see improvement in your skin within four to six weeks after starting this treatment. Your doctor may recommend a moisturizer to keep your skin soft during treatment.

Before you start using Clindamycin Cream, inform your doctor about your medical history, especially if you have:
• An intestinal disorder such as colitis or Crohn's disease;
• History of eczema, or allergic skin reaction;
• Kidney disease;
• Liver disease (including hepatitis B infection)

Tell your doctor about all your medications, including prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, herbal products, and vitamin supplements. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. Clindasol, 1% Cream, can harm the unborn baby. Although Clindamycin cream is not known to be harmful to an unborn baby, you should inform your doctor for safety and medical advice. There may be a drug interaction between Clindamycin Cream and other drugs such as other topical creams or gels for treating acne.
Before applying this medicine, thoroughly wash the affected areas with warm water and soap, rinse well, and pat dry.

When applying the medicine, use enough to cover the affected area lightly. You should apply the medicine to the whole area usually affected by acne, not just to the pimples themselves. This will help keep new pimples from breaking out.

You should avoid washing the acne-affected areas too often. This may dry your skin and make your acne worse. Washing with a mild, bland soap 2 or 3 times a day should be enough, unless you have oily skin. If you have any questions about this, check with your doctor.
For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

🧡Acne Scars

	🧪Key Ingredients:

⭐AZELAIC ACID: This medication is used to treat a certain skin condition called rosacea. It helps to reduce the number of inflamed skin lesions. It blocks the growth and spread of certain bacteria on your skin and lowers inflammation. For best results, you have to use it twice daily for many weeks.

	🧴Other Ingredients:

Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis, Organic Coconut Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil , Palmitic Acid, Vitamin E, Soybean Oil , Glycolic Acid, Tartaric Acid, Malic Acid, Organic Shea Butter , Mango Seed Butter, Organic Sugar Cane Extract, Organic Bilberry Fruit Extract, Organic Sugar Maple Extract, Organic Orange Peel Extract, Organic Lemon Peel Extract, Organic Cranberry Fruit Extract, Organic Seaweed Extract, Organic Green Tea Leaf Extract, Organic White Willow Bark Extract, Organic Alcohol, Organic Neem Seed Oil, Organic Rosemary Leaf Extract, Organic Sunflower Seed Oil.

	💆How to Use:
Azelaic 10 Solution 25g How azelaic acid works
Azelaic acid is an acid found naturally in grains like wheat, rye, and barley. The exact way this medication works to treat acne and rosacea isn't known, but it does stop the growth and spread of Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis, two skin bacteria that play a role in these conditions. It also affects the thickness of your skin and lowers inflammation.

What is azelaic acid used for?
Mild to moderate acne
Mild to moderate rosacea
Use: How to use
Once or twice daily, apply to face and neck. May be used alone or added to your favorite moisturizer or serum. For daytime, always follow with a sunscreen.

If you have a salicylate allergy, check with your physician before using any products that contain salicylic acid.

	⚠Warnings:
What are the risks and warnings for azelaic acid?
Azelaic acid can cause some serious health issues. This risk may be even higher for certain groups. If this worries you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist about other options

Loss of skin color
Azelaic acid can cause loss of skin color in the areas of skin where you apply the medication. This is because this medication prevents your skin from making melanin, the pigment responsible for skin color. The loss of skin color is more noticeable if you have a darker skin tone. Let your healthcare provider know if you notice any changes in skin color.

Eye and mouth irritation
Azelaic acid can cause irritation in the eyes, mouth, nose, and genitals. If it gets in your eyes, wash your eyes with lots of water. Speak to your healthcare provider if the irritation does not go away after washing your eye.

Flammable (foam only)
Azelaic acid (Finacea) foam is flammable because of one of the ingredients in the can. The foam can easily catch on fire. Avoid fire, flame, or smoking during and after using the medication. Don't store the foam bottle where the temperature is too hot (above 120°F). Don't damage or burn the empty foam bottles because it can still leak the flammable ingredient or cause an explosion. Call your local waste management service to see how you can safely dispose of the empty foam bottles.
For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

C-Stem 10 (Brightning Formula) 1.0 oz 🧡Concentrated anti-aging serum with lingonberry stem cells, vitamin A, and Skin Bright formula. Dramatically improve brightness, texture, and pores.

🧡Antioxidant
🧡Pigmentation

	🧪Key Ingredients:

⭐Lingonberry Stem Cells: Plant stem cells obtained from Lingonberry (vaccinium vitis-idaea) which is a “superfruit” rich in vitamins C, vitamin E, and polyphenols with protective and repairing properties against the damaging effects of sun radiation. - Can increase the natural antioxidant mechanisms of skin cells and decrease mediators that induce skin irritation
- Prevents and repairs skin damage caused by ultraviolet and infrared radiation
- Reduces appearance of wrinkles and spots, improves loss of firmness, dehydration, and roughness
⭐Vitamin A (Retinol): Anti-wrinkle and anti-aging properties. - Less irritant form of vitamin A compared with Tretinoin.
- Increases luminosity and evens skin tone
- Helps lessen the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Helps increase facial volume
- Improves skin smoothness, and lessens roughness and scaly patches
A study from 1997 compared the penetration and the effectiveness of retinol and retinoic acid and found that retinol penetrates better and "retinol at 0.25% may be a useful retinoid for application without occlusion because it does not irritate but does induce cellular and molecular changes similar to those observed with application of 0.025% retinoic acid." Another 2015 study confirms the ballpark number that retinol is about 10 times less potent than tretinoin. It compared 0.25%, 0.5%, and 1.0% retinol with the commonly available tretinoin concentrations (0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1%). The authors of the study concluded that "results from this comparison study suggest that this sustained-release retinol complex containing multiple agents for optimal irritation control provides comparable improvements to tretinoin in the appearance of photo damage."
A third study that we think is interesting and worth mentioning is one that did not try to determine what concentration of retinol is similar to what concentration of retinoic acid, but went the other way and compared the effects of equal concentrations (0.1%) of retinol and retinoic acid. The result of this study was that "topical retinol treatment induces similar changes in skin histology and skin related gene and protein expression as seen with retinoic acid application, and the magnitude is more than half of that from retinoic acid treatment".

⭐Skin Bright 4: Blocks epidermal melanin synthesis by inhibiting enzymatic oxidation of Tyrosine and Dopa.
Faster and safer approach to promoting skin-brightening and an even skin tone on all skin types. Minimizes liver spots and meets all the requirements of a modern skin-brightening and skin depigmentation product.
NOTE: this product contain arbutin, wich is a hydroquinone analog; therefore, same pracuations shoud be considered. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Prior history of sensitivity or allergic reaction to hydroquinone or to any of the ingredients of the product. The safety of topical hydroquinone use during pregnancy or for children (12 years and under) has not been established.
WARNINGS
Contains sodium metabisulfite, a sulfite that may cause allergic-type reactions including anaphylactic symptoms and life-threatening or less severe asthmatic episodes in certain susceptible people. The overall prevalence of sulfite sensitivity in the general population is unknown and probably low. Sulfite sensitivity is seen more frequently in asthmatic than in non-asthmatic people. Since this product contains no sunscreen, an effective broad spectrum sun blocking agent should be used and unnecessary solar exposure avoided, or protective clothing should be worn to cover bleached skin in order to prevent repigmentation from occurring. Hydroquinone may produce exogenous ochronosis, a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin. If this condition occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your physician. The majority of patients developing this condition are Black, but it may also occur in Caucasians and Hispanics.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
Test for skin sensitivity before using by applying a small amount to an unbroken patch of skin; check within 24 hours. Minor redness is not a contraindication, but where there is itching or vesicle formation or excessive inflammatory response further treatment is not advised. Close patient supervision is recommended.
Hydroquinone is a skin bleaching agent which may produce unwanted cosmetic effects if not used as directed. The physician should be familiar with the contents of this insert before prescribing or dispensing this medication.
INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
Sunscreen use is an essential aspect of hydroquinone therapy because even minimal sunlight sustains melanocytic activity. To prevent repigmentation, during treatment and maintenance therapy, sun exposure on treated skin should be avoided by application of a broad spectrum sunscreen (SPF 15 or greater) or by use of protective clothing.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Keep this and all medications out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, call a physician or a poison control center immediately.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
Patients are cautioned on concomitant use of medications that are known to be photosensitizing.
CARCINOGENESIS & MUTAGENESIS & IMPAIRMENT OF FERTILITY
Studies of hydroquinone in animals have demonstrated some evidence of carcinogenicity. The carcinogenic potential of hydroquinone in humans is unknown.
Published studies have demonstrated that hydroquinone is a mutagen and a clastogen. Treatment with hydroquinone has resulted in positive findings for genetic toxicity in the Ames assay in bacterial strains sensitive to oxidizing mutagens, in in vitro studies in mammalian cells, and in the in vivo mouse micronucleus assay.
PREGNANCY
Teratogenic Effects: Pregnancy Category C -
Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted with topical hydroquinone. It is also not known whether topical hydroquinone can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Topical hydroquinone should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.
NURSING MOTHERS
It is not known whether this drug is excreted in human milk. Because many drugs are excreted in human milk, caution should be exercised when topical hydroquinone is administered to a nursing woman.
PEDIATRIC USE
Safety and effectiveness for pediatric patients below the age of 12 years have not been established.
Adverse Reactions
The following adverse reactions have been reported: dryness and fissuring of paranasal and infraorbital areas, erythema, and stinging.
Occasional hypersensitivity (localized contact dermatitis) may develop. If this occurs, the medication should be discontinued and the physician notified immediately.
Overdosage
There have been no systemic reactions reported from the use of topical hydroquinone. However, treatment should be limited to relatively small areas of the body at one time, since some patients experience a transient skin reddening and a mild burning sensation which does not preclude treatment.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Hydroquinone USP, 4% Skin Bleaching Cream should be applied to affected areas and rubbed in well twice daily, in the morning and before bedtime, or as directed by a physician. If no improvement is seen after 2 months of treatment, use of this product should be discontinued. There is no recommended dosage for pediatric patients under 12 years of age except under the advice and supervision of a physician.

Cera-Glycan SF

Cera-Glycan SF 🧡Plumps and balances dehydrated skin.
🧡Promotes enhanced delivery and exchange of skin lipids
🧡Premature aging (fine lines)

	🧪Key Ingredients:

⭐Glyco-Hydrate: Also called "needle-free hyaluronan booster". This tripeptide has been found in in-vitro studies to increase the expression of decorin and lumican - two important proteoglycans that support the formation of new collagen fibrils.
-Can improve the appearance of aging skin and make the skin look firm and tight resulting in reduced appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin
-Boost the synthesis of hyaluronic acid in the skin (up to 300% based on in-vitro tests) that is important for proper skin hydration and plumpness. It can also improve collagen fiber quality by increasing some structural skin elements (so-called proteoglycans), like decorin and lumican.
⭐frankincense Extract: The ultimate superblend of frankincense, utillizing premium grade resins from Boswellia carterii, Boswellia sacra, Boswellia papyrifera and Boswellia frereana. This extract is a Highly purified combination of boswellic acids. Multiple studies report Boswellic acid's anti-inflammatory properties, collagen protection, and anti-aging properties. Boswellic acids have been shown efficiently inhibition of elastase, an enzyme that breaks down proteins, including collagen. Also, it has demonstrated antiGAGase activity, protecting the critical natural moisturizing factors and glycosaminoglycans in the skin, helping the skin to stay firm for a longer time.
It is commonly used in aromatherapy, perfumes, and as an ingredient in traditional medicines due to its potential health benefits. Some of the benefits attributed to frankincense extract include reducing inflammation, improving digestion, and reducing stress and anxiety. However, more research is needed to fully understand the effects of frankincense extract and confirm its potential benefits.
⭐Indian Sandalwood Oil: Santalum album, commonly known as Sandalwood, a semi-parasitic evergreen tree that is a member of the Santalaceae botanical family. The extract oil is produced by the steam distillation of the heartwood of trees that are usually at least 30 years old. The wood is usually chipped, ground, soaked for 48 hours, then distilled for several days. The resulting oil is sometimes called white, yellow, East Indian, or Mysore Sandalwood and is considered to be the best in the world. Native to southern India and Southeast Asia, this aromatic plant has been revered as culturally and spiritually significant for at least 2,000 years. Sacred Sandalwood oil has a grounding, woodsy aroma that enhances prayer, meditation, and yoga practices. Applied topically, this oil offers a variety of benefits for the skin, making it a great addition to your facial oil or moisturize.

Ideal for sensitive, post procedure, red or irritated skin.
Contains no pore-clogging ingredients.
Softens appearance of fine lines and helps smooth skin texture.
Sulfate-free: formulated with non-irritating and non-comedogenic ingredients that will not cause redness or acne breakouts.
🧡Sensitive skin

	🧪Key Ingredients:

⭐Chamomille Extract: Chamomile Extract contains active Flavonoid and Essential Oil compounds, which are particularly advantageous in the care of sensitive skin. Anti-inflammatory properties-due to the inhibition of histamine release, anti-free radical action and inhibition of the super oxide radical synthesis is key. In addition, these compounds show remarkable vasodilator action, augmenting blood flow to the skin and soothing of irritation.
Cosmetic Applications:
Skin Care as tonic for sensitive and irritated skin
Body Care for tired legs and sensitive skin
Body Care in sun protector products and after-sun soothing products.
⭐Calendula Extract: Calendula officinalis L. is an aromatic annual plant belonging to the Asteraceae (Compositae) family native to the Mediterranean area.Rich in oxygenated monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, calendula flower-heads have variable essential oil concentrations: up to 0.12% in the ligulate flowers and up to 0.4% in the inflorescence receptacle. The ligulate flowers can contain up to 0.88% flavonoids and the capitula contain a variety of triterpene alcohols. Calendula also contains phenol acids, tannins, carotenoids, Saponosides, coumarins and polysaccharides (mucilage).
Traditional Uses
Calendula as medicine and a coloring agent was known to old herbalists, especially Arabs and Hindus. It has long been used topically to treat skin ulcers, infected wounds, diaper rash, eczema, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, periodontitis and conjunctivitis.
Cosmetic Properties
Reepithelizing activity
Due to the presence of polysaccharides (mucilage), flavonoids (especially quercetrin-3-O-glycoside), triterpenes and carotenes, which act on the metabolism of glycoproteins and on collagen fibers, this is one of the most extensively used actions of calendula. Creams containing calendula floral extract at 5% in combination with allantoin, promoted remarkable epithelization in rat experimental models, with especial intensity on the metabolism of glycoproteins and collagen fibers during tissue regeneration. More recent research suggested that the water extracts of calendula flowers, applied on skin wounds, play a role as microvascularization inducing agents, thus contributing to speed up healing (Alonso J., 2004).
According to ESCOP, calendula (flower) is recommended for the local treatment of skin and mucosae inflammation, as a co-adjuvant in wound-healing processes and to treat contusions and skin burns.
Moisturizing activity: Calendula, due to its saponin and mucilage content has moisturizing properties making it ideal in formulations for dry, irritated or delicate skin.
Anti-inflammatory activity: Extensive use in cosmetics as well as in dermatology has been made of calendula in topical preparations because of its anti-inflammatory activity and clincal efficacy has long been demonstrated (Della Loggia et al. 1994)
Immunomodulatory activity: presence of immunostimulatory polysaccharides in its composition. Calendula polysaccharides stimulate in vitro phagocytosis by human polymorphonuclear cells. This effect has also been reported for in vivo assays using mice. Concentrations between 0.1 and 10 mg/ml of the ethanolic calendula flower extract stimulates mitogen-induced limphocyte proliferation. However, an inhibitory effect is observed at higher concentrations.
It is important that the immune system of the skin keeps active so that it can protect the skin from the damage produced by internal as well as external agents. The Langerhans cells and the keratinocytes are the key cells in the epidermal immune system. During the ageing process, especially photoaging, the immune system progressively deteriorates and its activation turns slower, thus resulting in decreased cell renewal.
⭐Arnica Extract: Arnica Extract may be useful in skin care formulations that are intended to reduce epidermal inflammation and irritation, along with contusions, sun burns and products designated for alleviating other irritations such as insect bites.
In-vivo analysis was used to substantiate both anti-irritancy and anti-inflammatory,the results suggest that Arnica Extract exhibits good skin penetration, and effectively reduces both epidermal irritation and redness. Arnica Extract can be used in hand creams and lotions that are intended to protect the hands by preventing and reducing skin irritation. The product may also be useful in cosmeceuticals that are intended to reduce the appearance of scars, sun recovery, inflammation, hyperpigmentation, contusions, and other minor skin irritations including both eczema and insect bites.
⭐Vitamin B3: Long-lasting firming and moisturizing effects. Has been shown to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and provide volume, suppleness, and a former tone.

Has been found to stimulate the synthesis of collagen fibers and inhibit age-promoting elastase enzymes in-vitro.

Can maintain integrity of the skin barrier.

moisturizes, strengthens, and rejuvenates the skin.

Effective for skin plumping.

⭐Vitamin B5: Studies have shown D-Panthenol promotes stimulation of epithelization, granulation, mitigation of itching and has an anti-inflammatory effect. When used in formulations over the course of three to four weeks, it has the potential to improve the appearance of the skin, including dryness, roughness, scaling, pruritus and erythema. Further, its moisturizing properties improve stratum corneum hydration, reducing transepidermal water loss and maintaining skin elasticity and softness. Panthenol also works with DMAE in the production of acetylcholine which firms and tones the skin. - Penetrates readily into skin - Has good moisturizing and softening properties
- Has been shown to improve the appearance of irritated skin and is often used as rejuvenating agent
⭐Allantoin: Professional Formulation Membership Required
Allantoin has a moisturizing and keratolytic effect, increasing the water content of the extracellular matrix and enhancing the desquamation of upper layers of dead skin cells, increasing the smoothness of the skin; promoting cell proliferation and wound healing; and a soothing, anti-irritant, and skin protectant effect by forming complexes with irritants and sensitizing agents. Allantoin stimulates healthy, normal tissue formation even at low concentrations.

Mild to moderate rosacea

Potent antioxidant agent due to polyphenols & methylxanthines
Often used in anti-aging formulas to reinforce anti-aging effects of other ingredients
Useful against irritated skin.

⭐Hyaluronic Acid: Visibly plumps skin, smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Most powerful moisturizer and humectant available Provides smoothness and softening to the skin Can reduce the appearance of wrinkles Ideal ingredient after skin peels
⭐Vitamin E Acetate: DL-Alpha tocopheryl acetate, or Vitamin E Acetate, is the stable form of Vitamin E most often used in cosmetic formulations for its skin care benefits. Vitamin E protects cell membranes from damage by oxygen free radicals. It can prevent premature aging of the skin induced by UV irradiation and lipid peroxidation.
Tocopherols and tocotrienols can rapidly scavenge lipid peroxyl free radicals by acting as chain breaking antioxidants, thus preventing them from reacting with other lipids. This process is key to limiting the propagation of lipid peroxidation in membranes. It should be noted that tocopherol has the potential to act as a pro-oxidant rather than an anti-oxidant when co-antioxidants like vitamin C are not available to neutralize the tocopherol radical and when oxidative stress is mild. Naturally occurring vitamin E can be unstable in skin care formulations. Alpha Tocopherol is susceptible to UV irradiation, being rapidly converted to tocopheroxy radicals that use up other anitoxidants. Use of Vitamin E Acetate, an ester of alpha tocopherol helps overcome this limitation. Tocopheryl acetate is bioconverted to its biologically active form, vitamin E, within the skin when applied topically. Studies show that topical use of tocopherol and alpha tocopheryl acetate are more effective than dietary supplementation in increasing the vitamin E content of the skin.
Supported by numerous studies over the past few years, Vitamin E Acetate has been shown to increase the enzyme activity in the skin, prevent free radical induced skin damage, increase epithelisation of surface wounds and increase the moisturisation - Provides excellent antioxidant activity on the skin but less so in cosmetic products since enzymes need first to cleave off acetate to form active vitamin E
- Has moisturizing, soothing, and calming properties on the skin
- Can improve the appearance of aged skin making it look visibly younger

Lingonberry C Stem cells 0.5 oz (Brightning formula) 🧡Concentrated anti-aging serum with lingonberry stem cells, vitamin A, and Skin Bright formula. Dramatically improve brightness, texture, and pores.

🧡
